Emotional Intelligence Exercise, April, 2014.

Each exercise uses a specific mental ability you have and activates an important part of your brain. There are no “right or wrong” answers. Maintain and enhance your cognitive abilities based on neuroscience principles. Each exercise takes 5 minutes or less. Write down your answers or just keep them in mind. Enjoy.

Some people say that in a family or intimate relationship shouting, screaming and hollering is a form of family violence. Other people say, “it’s not good when it happens, but it’s part of being human and it’s not abuse.” Some people think “It happens to everyone when they get frustrated and angry.”Still others think, “it depends on whether it happens once, occasionally, or all the time, and whether children or elderly members witness it?”

What do you think, feel, or believe about this matter?
